Gyrocopter Specifications
I evaluated several popular brands and models of
gyrocopters, looking at market acceptance, my demo rides, safety records, NSTB
accident reviews, my perceived technology advancement, customer reviews and
forum chatter. I’m sure there was a lot
of depth I overlooked, and features I was just not aware of. But I feel comfortable
with my choice.
I selected Auto
Gyro brand, because of my comparison as outlined above.
I selected their MTO Classic
model because I wanted an open cockpit, full body, 2-seat configuration.
I wanted to build a kit because that sounded fun, and I
will be authorized to perform all my own maintenance.
